*Out of concern for every individual attending our service, we have implemented the following procedures:

As of June 2, 2021, the Ohio governor’s guidance on COVID-19 states, “those who have
been vaccinated no longer need to wear masks, while those who have not been
vaccinated should still wear a mask and socially distance.” We encourage all those who
are able to wear a mask to protect the vulnerable.

The men will continue to meet regularly to assess the situation as we aspire to expand
our Sunday morning assembly. We hope to implement these changes in August, Lord

  1. Social Distancing
    1. To maintain six feet apart, we will only use every other row and we encourage families to sit together
    2. Once seated, remain in your seat until dismissal at the end of service
    3. A doorman will open the main door and will also regulate the flow of traffic to maintain social distancing
    4. Hand sanitizer will be available in the foyer
    5. It is recommended that everyone wears a mask, but it is not mandatory
  2. Restrooms and Water Fountain
    1. Restrooms are available
    2. Water fountain is off limits
  3. Worship
    1. We will have one in-person assembly per week (Sunday 10:30 AM)
    2. In-person Bible classes are on hold until further notice; Sunday night and Wednesday night online classes will continue
    3. Abbreviated song service; no hymnals will be used, only PowerPoint
    4. Bring your own Bible
  4. Lord’s Supper
    1. Unleavened bread and fruit of the vine to be picked up in the foyer prior to being seated
    2. One of the men will oversee the collection basket provided at the same table when you exit
  5. Self-Evaluation of Health
    1. Before every service, check to see if you have any one of the following symptoms:
      1. Fever
      2. Coughing
      3. Shortness of breath
      4. Body aches/chills
    2. If you have one of the listed COVID-19 symptoms, we ask you to please stay home

We recognize that there are elderly and those with various health conditions that place them in the “high risk” category. We advise that everyone use common sense in consideration of attending services.
